Chevalier College is seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Development Officer to help strengthen engagement across our College community.
Working closely with the Head of Community Engagement, this varied role will support initiatives involving community and family engagement, Chevalier Past Students, events, donor relationships and fundraising campaigns.
The successful applicant will bring strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, together with demonstrated experience in building productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. Experience in event management is essential, while experience in fundraising, alumni relations, database management or communications would be highly regarded.
This is a permanent full-time position during term time, with approximately 20 days of work during non-term time. Some weekend and out-of-hours work will also be required.
Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the NSW Catholic Independent Schools (Support Staff – Model B) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2023. The position is classified at Level 4A, with a current full-time equivalent annual salary of $87,872 paid on a pro-rata basis according to the agreed hours of work.
