About the Role
Full-time, ongoing. Commencing July 2026 (or as negotiated).
Reporting to the Head of Community Relations and Experience, the Head of Enrolments leads the end-to-end enrolment journey — from first enquiry through to confirmed enrolment and transition. You will shape and deliver Lauriston’s enrolment strategy, drive pipeline growth and conversion, and ensure every prospective family experiences the warmth and professionalism that defines our community.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role, working closely with Marketing, School Executive, the Director of Blairholme ELC, and Junior and Senior School leaders, while leading and developing the Enrolments Coordinator.
