Canberra Grammar School is looking for an energetic Community Engagement Officer to join our Community Development Office on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term basis with the possibility of permanency, sitting right at the crossroads of Marketing & Communications and Enrolments.
This is the role that shapes a prospective family’s experience from their very first enquiry through to enrolment, keeps our communications sharp and on-brand, and helps the whole office run like clockwork. You’ll bring polished writing, genuine customer-service warmth, and serious organisational skills, juggling multiple priorities, owning the CDO mailbox, and supporting the trackers and projects that keep a busy, multi-function team moving. If you have a marketing or communications background, a knack for picking up new systems quickly, and the kind of interpersonal warmth that turns first impressions into lasting relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
