You bring a strong commercial and strategic mindset, with a clear understanding of how marketing, communications and community engagement contribute to organisational growth and long-term sustainability.
Most importantly, you are someone who leads with authenticity and purpose. You build trust quickly, communicate with clarity and bring people with you.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, and/or equivalent senior leadership experience
- A current QLD Blue Card, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement
- Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing, communications and engagement functions within a complex organisation
- Strong public relations capability, including issues and crisis management
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- High-level expertise in digital marketing, social media and data-driven decision making
- Experience overseeing customer or enrolment pipelines and driving growth
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into insight and action
- Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of professionalism, integrity and sound judgement
You will also bring a genuine alignment to the College’s values of Courage, Respect, Integrity and Compassion, and a commitment to contributing positively to our culture and community.
This role requires flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, to support key events and College activities.
