Richard is a commercially astute and experienced executive with a background that combines strategy and operations of a divisional COO role with business unit management in the education sector and management consulting experience in a range of strategy and technologically complex projects. Richard is a highly effective and proactive leader able to build, manage and mentor skilled management teams. He has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a team orientated, facilitative style. Richard was awarded the Allen Knott Scholar award for outstanding academic achievement in the Macquarie Graduate School of Management MBA program and originally studied as an Electrical Engineer at UTS.
