Lisa Hinwood is the Head of Enrolments & Community at Calrossy Anglican School in Tamworth NSW, focused on creating a welcoming, informed and relational experience for every family and community partner. She leads enrolments, onboarding and engagement pathways, working across academic, wellbeing, boarding, marketing and foundation teams to strengthen community culture and support the school’s long-term growth.
With a background in training and digital engagement, plus 15 years running a digital agency, Lisa brings a creative, project-driven approach to building trust and meaningful connections.
