Sarah Sutter is an experienced leadership coach, facilitator, and former elite athlete who helps leaders grow with clarity, confidence and purpose. As a former Australian netball representative, Sarah brings the discipline, resilience and teamwork insights of high-performance sport into her coaching and workshops.

After decades in leadership roles — including executive positions and founding Nature Play SA — she now focuses on guiding individuals and teams to uncover strengths, address blind spots, and lead more constructively. Her approach blends practical tools with deep lived experience, showing leaders how well-being and mindset support sustainable performance. Sarah’s mission is to build constructive leaders who positively shape their teams, organisations and communities.
