Linda Douglas

Linda Douglas is the Executive Governing Director of the International Coalition of Girls’ Schools and a Board Member of Independent Schools Victoria, with extensive experience contributing to boards and educational committees. She is deeply committed to professional learning, holding a Master of Education from the University of Melbourne and having completed programs at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

She joins Wenona following fourteen years as Principal of Ruyton Girls’ School, where she led significant strategic growth, signature program development, and major campus redevelopments. Previously, she held senior leadership roles across Adelaide and Melbourne schools, including head of school and principal positions.

A passionate advocate for girls’ education and women in leadership, Linda brings a holistic, innovative approach to education. She is a respected speaker and writer, contributing to national and international conferences, research, and publications.
