Hi Stephen – we had a similar folder structure before moving to Pixevety and it was similarly chaotic!
After implementing Pixevety my team decided to take control of the photo storage to avoid the chaos. We take most of the photos around the school ourselves so we upload to Pixevety in the appropriate album/folder. Any photos taken by other staff get sent to us through Google Drive or Airdrop and we then upload them appropriately.
It’s a bit of extra admin but we’ve found that it’s saved us a lot of time in the long run, particularly as we are able to cull the photos as we go (so we don’t end up with blurry/duplicate/random photos taking up precious storage space!)
