With a PhD in organisational culture and 18 years of experience as a CEO in two £25M+ organisations in the UK and Australia, I founded Sursum Solutions to help businesses harness the power of culture to drive value, performance, and strategic change. I am a mentor, researcher, consultant, workshop speaker, and podcaster who is passionate about finding and sharing the cultural drivers that can accelerate growth or reduce unnecessary impediments to success.
Some of my recent achievements include transforming the business model of Scotch College Adelaide, where I served as Principal and CEO for eight years, growing the school’s intake, reputation, and philanthropy fundraising to support a $26 million new building project. I have also delivered tailored workshops on culture to leading health and finance institutions, and mentored leaders with a passion to grow themselves and their organisations. I am fluent in two other languages and unbound by conventional thinking. I believe that culture is the hallmark of a successful business and the key to unlocking its full potential.
