Hi Stephen. We have the same issue. The syncing can take a huge amount of time. We haven’t found a good solution yet, so we share files in Teams while waiting for the sync if we don’t have time. I have found that saving a file in ‘downloads’ then moving it into its folder sometimes makes things move a bit faster, but it’s not the best option either.
