Our applications do not require a signature (other than the IP digital signature) but our Acceptance Contract does se we make sure that we always get full information from the start. We require 2 signatures unless there is a court order giving one parent sole guardianship. If one parent applies we ask for the other parent’s details and we send them a separate email notify them of enrolment. Obviously on some occasions, one parent will advise that they do not have contact details for the other parent and we save that email as a pdf for legal proof further down the track. It just protects you in the long run.
