Are you an innovative professional with expertise in marketing and communications and a strong commitment to community engagement? St James College, located in vibrant Spring Hill, Brisbane, is looking for a Marketing, Communications & Community Engagement Manager to lead our strategic initiatives and enhance connections with families, alumni, and the wider community. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to start January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of the College’s marketing, communications, and community engagement strategies
• Ensure consistent articulation of the College’s mission, vision, and values across all platforms
• Manage high-quality campaigns, publications, events, and engagement programs
• Oversee digital channels, media relations, and reputation management
• Build strong partnerships with parents, alumni, donors, and external organisations
• Support enrolment growth and retention through targeted communication
• Ensure compliance with child protection, privacy, and other relevant policies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
• Leadership experience in marketing, communication, or community engagement (preferably in education or not-for-profit)
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Proven experience managing digital channels and analytics
• Ability to work with children (current Queensland Blue Card required)
• Queensland Driver’s Licence desirable\
