Westbourne Grammar School is seeking a strategic, people-focused Head of Events & Community Engagement to strengthen connections and foster a strong sense of belonging across our community.

In this key leadership role, you will lead a diverse engagement portfolio including events, alumni relations, philanthropy, parent involvement, and admissions support. You will design and deliver engaging events and experiences that bring people together, build advocacy, and reflect Westbourne’s values at every touchpoint. Working closely with the Director of Community Engagement & Advancement and senior leaders, you will cultivate authentic relationships and use insight and data to guide engagement and growth.

You will have experience in events, community engagement, or stakeholder relations, with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be confident managing people, programs and budgets and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Experience in education is valued but not essential.
