We’re seeking a Digital Content and Video Officer to lead the planning, creation and production of high-quality digital content—including video, photography, and multimedia—for our social media channels, website, school events, and internal platforms.
This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who thrives on variety and wants to use their skills to make a meaningful contribution in an educational setting.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager of Marketing and Communications, you will:
- Produce engaging video and digital content that captures school life, supports key events, and promotes Tara’s values.
- Plan and deliver media for assemblies, graduations, performances, and academic content.
- Manage end-to-end production: filming, editing, post-production, and distribution.
- Contribute to a content calendar aligned with the School’s marketing and communication strategy.
- Collaborate with students and staff to bring creative ideas to life across a range of platforms.
- Maintain media equipment and manage digital assets in line with school policies.
About You
You are a confident and capable content creator with:
- Proven experience in video production, photography, and digital media creation.
- Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across a school community.
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset.
- A Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience in an education environment or working with young people (desirable).
