NZ Chapter: Intelligent Practice: AI for School Advancement
The NZ Chapter invites our Wellington and surrounds Members to join us for this event where Dr Amanda Williamson, Director of the Deloitte New Zealand AI Institute, will explore AI in practice for schools — tailored specifically for Advancement professionals working in marketing, enrolments, development and community engagement.
AI is evolving rapidly, and many of us are asking: Where do we begin? What is safe and appropriate to use? How do we balance efficiency with ethics? And how do we bring our teams along with confidence?
In this session, Amanda will cut through the hype to focus on practical, responsible application. She will examine how AI can thoughtfully support communications, insight, engagement and workflow — alongside important considerations of leadership, governance, data privacy and culture.
Designed for those working at the intersection of storytelling, strategy and relationships, this event will help you feel more informed and equipped as you navigate what AI means for your role and your school community.
You’ll leave with greater clarity about both the opportunities and the risks, practical ideas you can apply immediately, and the confidence to lead thoughtful, well-informed conversations about AI within your team.
Join us for a timely, practical and sector-focused discussion that will strengthen your capability and empower you to move forward with intention.
