addition to our live launch (which all students attended, as well as parents and invited guests), we premiered at the event and across all digital platforms a professionally-made video of our new uniform, as well as sending home a professional booklet, with a follow-up launch in a special edition of our existing thrice yearlypostedmagazine,‘LowtherNews’.Allplatformsdiscussed our key messages, and utilised the participation of over 60 students who modelled and showcased the new uniform and discussed their opinions around the change. This guaranteed that our community witnessed the launch and understood our rationale in some capacity, whether it be live, through the video or through our written communication. The launch of our new uniform is considered a great success! We took care to bring our community along the journey with us, and we made it clear that our need for change came because of our care about the needs of students. Therefore due to this, and with students themselves supporting the new uniform in the majority, parents have embraced the change in support of their daughters.
