Is anyone out there in the education sector using Salesforce as your alumni database? We know it is a massively powerful tool, albeit originally designed for sales and marketing purposes, and we are seriously considering using it, especially as the Non-Profit Starter pack is free. However, we would like to connect with anyone already using it in an alumni environment to discuss the pros and cons. I look forward to hearing from anyone with this experience.
