Satisfaction Surveys

Hi,

For many years all parents, all staff and all students have completed on-line satisfaction surveys. We’ve found the feedback to be beneficial and the response rate for staff and students has been good, however our parent response rate has been diminishing.

Just trying to get an idea of what other schools might be doing re parent/student surveys and whether you target all parents or just one or two different year levels.

Would be appreciative for any feedback.
