We are looking to refresh our foundation governance model. Would you be willing to share the details of your Foundation model – how does it work legally? How does it work practically? If you could suggest an ideal model what would it be? Our aim is for our Foundation to greater establish a culture of philanthropy within our community and we think if we have a larger Foundation Committee this would increase our reach. Any thoughts or ideas welcome and appreciated.
