Establishment of a Library Fund

Does anyone have any experience of setting up a Library Fund they would be willing to share in terms of what is required and timelines.

We too are looking at possibly setting one up for Educate Plus to achieve DGR status.
I have a sample Trust Deed if you want it… from a successful applicant!
