Collecting Parental Permissions re use of photographs/video of students

Hello all

We are interested to hear how others have successfully implemented a communications strategy for requesting, obtaining and recording parental permissions to use photographs/video of students for use across a wide range of materials (print, web, social). Also interested to hear how/when you renew the permissions.

I would love to hear from any schools who have recently launched their social media platforms in particular.
