  Can anyone in WA please suggest who to use to take a whole school photo in the shape of a number (specifically 110)- and any associated documentation regarding the logistics of coordinating such a photo

  Skyworks do it, via Photo Hendricks (Educate Plus sponsor). Contact Photo Hendricks and they will put you in touch. We had Skyworks here last year. Excellent customer service and result. Strong on logistics. I can certainly recommend them.
