Driven by the belief that volunteering can change the world, Kate has a passion for improving community services and social impact issues. With broad operational and strategic experience in volunteer management, Kate is currently the Director of Adept Volunteering which specialises in community engagement, partnerships and service delivery. Leading up to her current vocation, Kate previously worked for St John Ambulance (WA) as Senior Manager of Volunteer Member Services, and St Vincent de Paul Society (WA) in membership and social outreach. Kate has a prolific history of volunteering herself and is currently involved with the Volunteer Leadership Network at Volunteering WA, a group of volunteer management professionals who come together to consolidate resources and expertise for the sector in Western Australia.
