We provide a unique two-to-three-year program for young people in Years 10 to 12 designed to progressively develop employability skills and achieve individualized learning goals while meeting the requirements of the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) and the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
Our aim is to seamlessly blend senior education and vocational training to engage young people in purposeful learning experiences that are relevant to the real world of industry.
About the role
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Enrolments Officer to join our growing Brisbane School and facilitate the student enrolment process from initial inquiry through to onboarding.
This key role delivers exceptional customer service to parents, young people, and internal stakeholders by providing accurate information about our school’s programs, guiding families through the enrolment process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of student enrolment records, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with School policies and Government regulations.
You will also assist in enhancing our reputation and positioning as the leading school in the region by coordinating events and tours that showcase our capabilities.
Key outcomes include:
• Positive relationships: Building strong relationships with prospective families and internal stakeholders through exceptional customer care.
• Mentoring and training of Enrolments Officers: Sharing your experience to improve the capability of the enrolments team.
• Achievement of enrolment targets: Nurturing families through the enrolment pipeline to achieve enrolment outcomes and supporting the achievement of enrolment
goals.
How will your typical day look? We are seeking someone to –
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions with students and stakeholders.
• Be the primary point of contact for prospective students and families, responding promptly to phone, email, and in person enquiries.
• Provide detailed information about the school’s academic and industry programs, and enrolment procedures.
• Working with the Head of Brand to identify and assist in the development of training and process documentation and provide additional training and support to team
members.
• Plan and implement events in consultation with the School Leadership team and Brand Team.
• Organise and conduct school tours, ensuring visitors have a positive experience and a clear understanding of the school’s offerings.
• Coordinate and engage with community initiatives and events, including expos and stalls, to foster partnerships, raising awareness, and strengthening organisational
presence within local and professional networks.
• Nurture and close enquiries to achieve enrolments based on agreed School enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrolment records in enrolment databases.
• Assist the Brand team by contributing collaterals and communications to support The Customer Journey on social media platforms to drive customer engagement.
• Nurture and grow the Alumni network.
• Support administrative tasks in relation to the enrolment life cycle, e.g. collating and maintaining applications including processing applications, checking all
documents, and taking payments.

About You
To be successful in this role you will bring the following skills and experience.
Essential
• 3 to 5 years school enrolments/admissions experience and/or qualifications in Business, Customer Service, or similar
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships with a variety of stake holders
• Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver effective information sessions and liaise with key stake holders
• Ability to accurately process data in a timely manner
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Ability to demonstrate The Industry School values
• Right to work in Australia
Desirable
• Experience using Digistorm, The Alpha School System (TASS) or other CRM systems
