THE POSITION
The Marketing and Enrolments Manager leads the development and implementation of the Colleges’ Marketing and Enrolments Strategy.
The Marketing and Enrolments Manager reports directly to the Business Manager and will be responsible for the line management of the Marketing and Enrolments team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing and Enrolments Manager is responsible for the following duties.
• Lead the development and implementation of the Marketing and Enrolments Strategy in consultation with the Business Manager with a focus on developing a Communications Strategy and Enrolment Strategy for the Colleges.
• Drive enrolment growth for the Colleges.
• As part of the Communications Strategy, develop a media plan to proactively promote the Colleges by establishing relationships with media. Produce media releases for distribution. Identify opportunities to provide expert comment from staff.
• Lead the Marketing and Enrolments Team, providing coaching and leadership to create a high-performing team.
• Use data analytics to support the development of strategies and regularly evaluate the impact and success, making adjustments as required.
• Develop and implement advertising campaigns including media advertising, and digital marketing with advertising partners, and report on results.
• Manage the brand and ensure the College brand and logos are used in compliance with the Brand Guidelines across all print and electronic materials, stationery, signage, merchandise and other items.
• Oversee end-to-end Marketing activities such as photography, videography, enrolment events, digital marketing, merchandise and production of publications.
• Manage the marketing and enrolments budget, making recommendations on priorities and expenditure.
• Actively contribute to a safety citizenship culture upholding health and safety policies, procedures, hazard reporting and safe work practices.
• Other relevant duties as may be directed from time-to-time.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The Marketing and Enrolments Manager will possess the following knowledge, skills and/or ability:
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, or Communications and direct, relevant experience in Marketing, and Communications and/or Enrolments (ideally within education).
• A broad knowledge of and experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies particularly in strategic communications.
• A broad, working knowledge of business development techniques.
• Experience in analysing data and providing advice to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in the writing, editing and production of a broad range of publications, media and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to write effectively and accurately for a variety of audiences.
• Ability to manage and handle a demanding and varied workload and the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Experience in leading a high-performing team with demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Abode Creative suite and a CRM.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• Working with Children Suitability Card or the ability to obtain one, is essential.
• Drivers licence essential
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• An office workspace is provided in both college campuses.
• Daily tasks are conducted anywhere within the two college campuses.
• Personal transport is required for moving between the two campuses.
