We seek an enthusiastic full-time Fundraising Officer to lead fundraising campaigns, communications, events and activities which build community engagement and inspire a giving culture. Working with the Director Community Relations and Development, you will assist deliver an annual giving campaign, identify prospects, solicit and steward gifts and bequests, prepare communications and evaluate the impact of fundraising initiatives.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate:
• Previous experience in corporate fundraising and giving
• Well developed relationship management and negotiation skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to initiate and implement impactful campaigns that inspire giving
• Strong project and time management strengths, able to achieve outcomes on time and to budget
• A collaborative team focus, plus the proactivity and initiative to work independently
