St Luke’s Grammar School is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly organised Events Coordinator to join our Community Engagement team.
This dynamic, fast-paced role is responsible for providing consistent event management expertise and practical support to Event Champions across the School, helping to deliver exceptional events and experiences for our community.
The successful candidate will bring outstanding organisational, multitasking and time management skills, along with strong computer proficiency and the ability to liaise, interact and communicate effectively with all members of the School community.
Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, the Events Coordinator will provide a high level of service to event champions and work closely with other members of the Community Engagement team to ensure the successful planning and delivery of a broad range of School events.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
* Proven experience coordinating and delivering events
* Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
* The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
* Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders across a school community
* High-level computer and digital communication skills
