The role:

  • Enrolments Registrar
  • Permanent Full-Time.
  • Works throughout the year including school holidays.
  • Flexibility on daily start time.
  • Ideal commencement Monday 31 March (negotiable).
  • Reports to the Director of Enrolments.
  • Covers enrolments from Early Learning to Year 12, as well as Boarding.

Key duties:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the enrolment journey and answering queries around the school’s programs, values, and enrolment policies.
  • Assist in administering enrolment procedures (including application processing via the Enrol HQ platform).
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all applicants and enrolled students in the school’s central database (Edumate).
  • Assist in organisation of relevant events (e.g. Principal’s tours, private tours, orientation activities, scholarship days), with a view to creating an engaging experience for students and families.
  • Under guidance of Director, follow and apply regulatory processes in relation to overseas students.

The ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrated professional experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software (Enrol HQ / Edumate advantageous).
  • Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information.
  • Customer-service focused with an outgoing demeanour and polished personal presentation.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
  • An eye for continuous improvement, with a focus on efficiency, simplicity, and logic.
  • Able to respond to direction but also work proactively and independently.
  • Personable, relaxed, with a great sense of humour.
  • A confident and communicative team player who makes a positive contribution to the life and culture of Kambala.
  • NB: candidates must be able to provide some occasional flexibility around working hours as related to campus tours and special events.
