We are now seeking a School Enrolments Officer (internally known as Customer Experience (CX) Officer to join our Ipswich or Toowoomba campus on a full-time permanent basis. You will be expected to work from both our Ipswich and Toowoomba campuses during the week, with the majority of your time based at our Ipswich campus. This role is ideal for an experienced School Registrar/Enrolments Officer, who will manage enrolment enquiries for the AITC’s Ipswich and Toowoomba campuses as part of the organisation’s Brand and Customer Experience team.

The Customer Experience (CX) Officer is the first point of contact for parents and will ensure a positive experience through the life cycle of the enrolment process. You will also contribute to enhancing the reputation of the campus, manage campus-led enrolments events and provide marketing support to the Customer Experience Manager.

Supported by this central team, who undertakes most of the general advertising, marketing, and communications activities, you will suggest stories and provide local input for marketing and advertising ideas, but you will not be required to write press releases, create advertising campaigns, chase sponsors, or maintain the AITC website.
