The role
The newly created position of Enrolments Manager 7-12 will work in partnership with the Enrolments Manager K-6 and as is part of a well-resourced team managed by our Director of Enrolments. Join a team of professionals who understand the importance of the enrolment process and work to ensure that the experience our prospective and existing parents and carers have is welcoming, professional and reflective of the Pymble brand.

Key components of this role include:
• Manage the enrolment of 7-12 students (including Boarders) from enquiry through to commencement for immediate and future enrolments, including working closely with Deputy Principal Students on complex enrolment cases
• Co-ordinate, in collaboration with the Principal, the Heads of Schools and the Enrolment Administrator enrolment interviews
• Develop and oversee an induction process for new students
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective families
• Plan and identify strategies for future enrolments growth
• Manage and maintain enrolment projections and statistics
• Prepare relevant reports on enrolment figures and provide input for reporting to the College Board through the Director of Enrolments
• Conduct tours of the College to share with prospective families the value of a Pymble education

• Ability to organise workflows and set priorities
• Previous exposure to CRM and database systems
• Strong administration skills, attention to detail and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
• Ability to manage events and activities relative to enrolment processes including presentations
• Demonstrate a willingness to develop supportive and professional relationships with all members of the Pymble Ladies’ College community
• Ability to demonstrate professional conduct and discretion in relation to confidential matters
• Possess a high level of autonomy, motivation and the ability to focus on results
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and the ability to identify essential training needs
