The work of the College is supported by the Advancement Office which serves to enhance the College’s engagement and giving programs, embedding a culture of philanthropy across the College and ensuring the future success of MLC through philanthropic investment in support of key strategic priorities.

Reporting to the Principal and CEO of the School, the new Director of Advancement is a pivotal senior leadership role, being responsible for successfully delivering and enhancing the College’s community engagement and giving programs. The Director will create, nurture and facilitate deep and sustainable relationships with College alumnae and parents for informed, enhanced and positive community engagement and to increase philanthropic income to the College. The Director will also have management responsibility for the College’s high-performing advancement team.

To be successful in this role you are a strategic thinker with a demonstrable track record in major gift fundraising and experience in advancement program management at leadership level, ideally gained in the education sector. Crucial to success will be your deep belief in and commitment to education and the ideals and mission of MLC.
