All Saints Anglican School, a leading co-educational institution located on a beautiful 40-hectare campus in the heart of the Gold Coast, is currently seeking an experienced Admissions Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive school community.

The Role
As an Admissions Assistant you will support the School Registrar and will play a key role in guiding prospective families through the admissions process, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all applicants.

Commencing immediately this is a term time position, working 38 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties of the Admissions Assistant include but are not limited to the following;

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, answering inquiries and providing information on the admissions process.
• Process and manage student applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and campus tours for prospective students.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants in the school’s admissions database.
• Communicate updates and status of applications to prospective families.
• Assist in planning and executing enrolment events not limited to school tours, orientation days, scholarship events and information sessions.
• Assist with preparing enrolment offers and communication for successful applicants.
• Collaborate with various school departments to ensure a smooth admissions process.

About you
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting, will be highly regarded.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact with prospective families, staff and students professionally and positively is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with other members of the school community.
• Highly motivated, detail orientated and hardworking with high standard of professional, confidentiality and personal integrity.
• Knowledge of TASS (The Alpha School System) will be highly regarded and advanced knowledge and practice of Microsoft office suite and other administrative programs essential.
