Hybrid, part-time (22-30 hours per week) Administrative Assistant in our Development office focusing on administration, fundraising and events.

Trinity Grammar has committed to the building of a new Development office and robust fundraising program, to support the School well into the future and create a sustainable culture of philanthropy. The School is now looking for our Administrative Assistant – Development to support the Director of Development to deliver the strategic vision of establishing, developing and implementing a fundraising strategy and range of fundraising programs and events to foster greater philanthropic support.

This exciting role is ideal for a pro-active individual that has had prior experience working in office administration, fundraising and/or education setting. Working part-time both on-site and remote, as a key player, in a small team, within a large and complex organisation, the opportunities to showcase your talents are endless. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will be busy coordinating campaign-related activities for the School, including campaign communications, event support, volunteer management, analytic and research support and coordination of key programs as well as the usual day-to-day problem solving and administration. This role provides a great opportunity for the candidate who loves to juggle multiple projects and dive in to challenges headfirst.

Your likeable personality and strong interpersonal skills will help you to build credible relationships with our interesting and diverse stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation. In this role you will be front of house for Development functions and will be liaising between the Development Office and major donors to help us build and enhance our strong connections with the wider Trinity community.

If organising and sorting is something that brings you joy, there will be opportunity for you to develop systems and processes for this newly establish department. Previous experience working with a CRM system – entering/analysing and reporting on data would be advantageous. Experience in segmentation of donors and perspective donors using multiple platforms will be something you know or are ready to learn.

This role is part-time and the office is located at our Summer Hill campus. We can offer the occasional change of scenery whether that be working from our Preparatory School in Strathfield or from our picturesque Outdoor Education facility on the south coast, or maybe just simply a day in your casual attire working remotely.
