Tony established the Macquarie Marketing Group in 1996 and MMG Education in 2005. Today, MMG Education is recognised as the leading service provider to schools in stakeholder satisfaction, engagement, benchmarking and enrolment practices.
Tony understands the challenges that face school governors and principals, having served on the Council of The Scots College, Sydney, for nine years. During his time on the Scots Council, Tony initiated, designed and oversaw the implementation of three comprehensive satisfaction stakeholder surveys.
Additionally, he developed the school marketing plan and applied micro-management tools to assist in specific areas such as school marketing, scholarship candidate assessment and staff appraisal programs.
