Hi Joel,
I’m also looking around and can suggest you look at GeoSnapshot as well. Good luck!

Hello Lucinda,
Glenaeon Rudolf Steiner School has 500 students across three campuses (Preschool-Year 12) on the lower north shore of Sydney. Our Archivist works 1 day per week. I hope this helps.
Best, Kath
Hi Hayley,
Great question. I feel your pain!
I am also looking at https://geosnapshot.com/schools as an option, so you might like to consider them too.
Fortunately for our small marketing team, most parents don’t have an issue with giving permission. And generally we have no trouble when we publish images like backs of heads (not very interesting to look at admittedly) but I am finding some parents don’t want their child to appear at all. Most systems rely on facial recognition to ID the “No parent permission” children. How do you redact a child the system can’t facially recognise? How do you handle this at your school?
Hi Cherie, Yes – this is what I need to cover off in the policy. But also cover aspects such as what staff can post on their own channels/websites when its content that might be generated/inspired by school life. What a shame to have to delete lovely comments! If you are happy to share your policy can you please email me k.kissell@glenaeon.nsw.edu.au and I will happily share mine with you when its finalised.
