Great topic – this is something we need to tackle. Current thinking on this process for us is that we will do a FORM at the beginning of the year to all staff and ask them to OPT OUT. This will cover all media/photos etc and will then mean that (hopefully) there will only be a small number. This can then be repeated easily.
