Hi Jade, We are the Advancement Team – MarComms, Community Engagement (including alumnae and parents), Philanthropy, Enrolments, Events.
I think it’s a newish school term referring to advancing the school. We have been Development and Community Engagement in the past but Advancement encompasses all of these areas.
