Hi Abbey, we currently use Schoolbench but have found similar problems to Amy M – once students have been at the school for a number of years and the system has been trained its relatively reliable, but due to the problems with junior students and POC students I find that I don’t necessarily trust it’s ID capacities and double check anyway. Our IT team have said it integrates relatively well into Synergetic which I think is why we’re still using it. Looking forward to hearing what direction you take!
