Dear Lucie,
We provide our new families with access codes prior to Orientation Day, and they upload medical details to MY ACCOUNT via Synergetic. They have guest access to certain areas of NEXUS (New Families Page) and gain full access on commencement date. It is tricky as the parents end up with two login details initially. This is confusing I know so please email admissions@bgs.vic.edu.au with your phone number if you are seeking further clarification.
