Join us for a Marketing SIG – Digital Transformation and AI in Education!
Calling Communications, Marketing, Engagement and Admissions practitioners to register for this forward-looking presentation presented by Jim Williams – APAC Director of Solution Engineering for the Salesforce for Marketing.
With almost ten years in Digital Marketing Jim is passionate about MarTech + AdTech (AKA Madtech), helping customers across all regions & industries connect capabilities to customer requirements to drive tangible business outcomes. Jim has worked with Australia’s leading universities on their digital transformation as they shift from paper based processes and legacy technologies to cloud based software. He has worked with these universities on their 2020 vision of putting the student at the centre of everything they do in order to attract more students and then optimise their learning experience by leveraging data in a CRM to better understand the student and their preferences.
What will be covered:
This SIG will cover industry trends (broader marketing and within higher education), the transition from databases to CRM software (Customer Relationship Management), personalised content, parent journey mapping and experience, analytics and how artificial intelligence is used to improve efficiencies and reduce workload within the education sector.
Jim is aware of the varying team sizes and budgets we all work with so the presentation will be relevant for all schools wishing to benefit from the many opportunities available to help grow enrolment pipelines and build stronger relationships with prospective families.
During the session there will be opportunities for group discussion and time for you to ask questions that relate to your school’s strategies.
